Below are the routines for each level in the club competition. Athletes will need to learn these routines and perform them for the judges at the competition. Below is some guidance for trampolining and gymnastics - please note that the 'Beginner' levels do not contain any compulsory skills.
For trampolining, there is one compulsory routine - this cannot be adapted. Athletes will also perform a second routine, which can be changed within a similar difficulty level. Both routines must contain a maximum of 10 bounces.
For Gymnastics - the routines listed can be adapted if desired, however they must include the compulsory skills listed at the bottom.
