Competition Running Order
The running order for our club competition will be published here by the 1st March 2020.
Arrival: Please enter via the pavilion doors upstairs. Spectator wrist bands can be collected at training during the month before the event. These must be worn at all times and shown upon entry. Athletes will need to arrive in their competition outfit and must remove any jewellery. We will call athletes and parents into the gym once the hall is ready. We ask that athletes leave any clothing/shoes/jewellery with parents during the competition. Trampolinists must have their socks with them.
Times: The arrival and round times will be listed in the running order. This will be published by 1st March. Athletes are required to stay for the entirety of the round until the end of the awards ceremony approx 1 hour. If your child is competing in both gymnastics AND trampolining, please check the round times for both divisions as they are listed separately - please note we cannot arrange session rounds around other commitments, and siblings may be allocated in different time slots. If you cannot find your child's name on the running order, try using the windows shortcut 'Control + F' or 'command +F' on a mac, then type your childs' first name and press enter.
Leotards: Please note that we prefer athletes to wear a leotard for the competition. They may wear leggings or shorts if needed. Leggings and a vest top or tucked in t-shirt is fine too if they do not want to wear a leotard.
Questions/queries/problems: In order to reduce the volume of calls and emails at this very busy time, we try to provide all information needed via the website. If you have any questions about the event, please do check through this page and the FAQ pages before contacting us. If you notice any errors with the running order, please let us know asap - the best way to do so is via email.
Fundraising: Please note that all funds raised from the competition, refreshments and accessories stalls will be put towards equipment that will help our gymnasts and trampolinists develop further. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for taking part in the event- we look forward to seeing you there!
