Camp Transfer Form

If you need to change the day(s) your child is attending our holiday camp please complete this form. Please ensure you read our transfer policy before submitting this form.

Transfer Policy:

A £5 administration fee applies to all transfer requests
A £5 fee applies per child, per transfer request. This is a single fee regardless of the number of camp days included in the request and is not charged per day.
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original booked date
Transfers are only permitted within the same holiday camp period
Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed*

*If there is no availabilty on the days you have requested to move to, your admin fee will be refunded.
