Membership Cancellation Form

If you would like to cancel your classes with Flyers, please complete the form below.

In accordance with our booking terms and conditions this form must be completed by the 10th of the month in order to terminate your membership by the end of that month. If notice is given after the 10th of the month then your final payment will be due on the 1st of the following month. Your subscription will be cancelled once your final payment has cleared. Athletes are welcome to train until the end of their final payment month.
